Biennial show supports women in the LATAM packaging and processing industries.

Guadalajara, Jalisco; March 8 – EXPO PACK Guadalajara 2025 (June 10-12; Expo Guadalajara), will spotlight the role of women in the industry through key initiatives including a top-level conference, Women in Constant Evolution, Leading Through Transformative Technologies in Packaging and Processing, presented by the Packaging Processing Women's Leadership

- Adriana Rueda, RD packaging regional senior manager, L'Oréal. A recognized global leader in packaging material innovation, Rueda brings 14 years of experience in the consumer goods, pharmaceutical, food, and cosmetics industries. Her expertise in packaging materials and manufacturing processes, combined with her ability to lead multifunctional and multicultural teams, makes her a driving force in the evolution of sustainable packaging.

- Sandra Herrera, founder and director, Phygital Shifters. A pioneer in business transformation and organizational change, Herrera specializes in guiding leaders and companies toward innovative, responsible, and conscious impact. With a strong focus on Smart Future and Triad Transition models, she helps organizations navigate emerging trends in "phygital" economies, equipping them with the skills to thrive in a rapidly evolving landscape.
